Native Landscaping

This property had over 4000 square feet of grass. That took a lot of water to keep green and a lot of time to mow and keep it looking good. The homeowner was able to take advantage of the cash for grass rebate program and receive a $4k rebate. The rebate available for LADWP customers is now up to $3.75 per square foot for the first 1500 square feet of grass replaced with drought tolerant plants.

We can assist you with the rebate and permitting process and convert your yard or business to a drought tolerant garden. A native garden also requires much less maintenance saving you time and money.

We removed all grass and irrigation valves and lines. Drip irrigation was installed along with California Native plants. These plants once established require very little water. The garden has many different colors and wonderful scents.

This project also included real stone veneer on the house and columns, new wrought iron and vinyl fencing, two gates, second driveway, RV parking area, retaining walls, new water line sub meter and the installation of two decomposed granite paths.IMG_1100 IMG_1102 IMG_1956 IMG_1957IMG_1955
